Eco-Shine with Purpose™ is an entrepreneurship and vocational training program that teaches young adults with autism practical skills to start their own eco-friendly car detailing business within their local community.

​

This program was created to provide a pathway to independence through meaningful work that can be performed with minimal overhead, flexible scheduling, and a structured routine that supports success.

​

Participants learn how to provide high-quality interior and exterior car detailing services using environmentally friendly products, while also gaining essential life and business skills that support long-term growth.

Eco-Shine with Purpose™ helps participants:

• build confidence and self-esteem
• develop marketable skills
• earn supplemental income
• form friendships and social connections
• experience belonging within the community
• learn entrepreneurship and self-advocacy
• gain independence at their own pace

Participants are guided step-by-step through a supportive learning environment designed with predictability, repetition, visual supports, and structured routines.

​

The program also teaches how to promote services locally and through social media so participants can build their own customer base.

​

Program proceeds help support the development of the Amazing House of Hope residential treatment and vocational campus for young adults with autism who experience severe behavioral challenges.
