What Makes Our Team Unique?

We Go Above And Beyond For Positive Results

What Makes Our Team Unique:

We are more than a leadership team; we are a movement of warriors, bound by personal stories, clinical insight, and heartfelt convictions. We believe in healing from the root and leading by example, which are key to true inner progress.

We staff 1:1 Peer Mentors (Buddies)  who play a vital role in supporting residents by offering guidance, empathy, and companionship from someone who truly understands life with autism. Peer Mentors bring a unique understanding and authenticity to their role. They provide emotional support, friendship, and positive modeling to help residents build confidence, learn coping strategies, and assist in guiding residents through our 12-Step Behavior Program and the Vocational Rehabilitation Program.

Every member of our care team is a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing skilled, evidence-based support rooted in compassion and consistency. We also believe in the power of lived experience, which is why we include autistic peer mentors as part of our team. Though they are not certified RBTs, they receive specialized training, supervision, and mentorship from our certified professionals, ensuring alignment with our therapeutic standards and philosophy of inclusion.

We stand in the gap as the bridge for every resident in our program to reach their next level. This requires setting the bar high in all areas. Our team is P.A.I.D. T.O.
