We Are About Progress

Amazing House of Hope Autism Research & Development Center Inc. is an innovative, state-of-the-art research-based residential treatment center with an integrated vocational program, dedicated to empowering and supporting young adults with autism who navigate challenges with emotional dysregulation.

Our dynamic team creates a captivating, inclusive, nurturing, and safe environment where individuals can thrive and truly flourish. Our strategy is to dig deep to identify and discover the underlying root of the behaviors and utilize evidence-based practices to transform those behaviors using a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach, including evidence-based assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and individualized treatment plans. What Makes Our Team Unique?

Going Above And Beyond For Positive Results

A Team Built on Experience, Compassion, and Purpose

At Amazing House of Hope, we are developing more than a leadership team, we are building a mission-driven community shaped by lived experience, clinical expertise, and a shared commitment to healing at the root of behavioral challenges.

Our approach recognizes that meaningful progress requires both professional knowledge and compassionate understanding. By bringing together clinicians, trained professionals, and individuals with lived experience, we aim to create an environment where growth, dignity, and hope can flourish.

Peer Mentorship Model

Our program model will include 1:1 Peer Mentors (Buddies) who provide guidance, empathy, and authentic connection from someone who understands the lived experience of autism.

Peer mentors will support residents in developing emotional regulation, confidence, coping skills, and active participation in our 12-Step Behavior Program and Vocational Rehabilitation Program. Through encouragement and shared understanding, peer mentors help foster a sense of belonging and possibility.

Evidence-Based Care

Our vision includes a care team composed of Certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who will deliver evidence-based behavioral support with consistency and compassion.

We also plan to incorporate autistic peer mentors who receive specialized training, supervision, and mentorship to ensure alignment with our therapeutic standards and inclusive philosophy.

This model reflects our belief that professional expertise and lived experience together can create powerful pathways toward healing and independence.
