At The Amazing House of Hope, we believe no family should ever face those fears alone.
Taking a Closer Look at Behaviors
Our intense Behavior Treatment Program was designed for young adults with autism who struggle with emotional dysregulation. The program provides a highly structured approach, including evidence-based programs and therapeutic interventions to restore safety, stability, and hope.
Our program is research-based as we take a deeper look into the causes and behavioral patterns of some of the most aggressive autistic adults. We are open to collaborating with institutions that share common interests and goals to provide the best possible services and to contribute to autism research.

Our 12-Step Behavior Program - Our structured 12-Step Behavior Program guides residents through measurable stages of self-regulation, accountability, and independence.
Root-Cause Approach - We go beyond behavior management by identifying the underlying drivers of behavior, neurological, sensory, emotional, environmental, relational, dietary, trauma-related, and more, so interventions are targeted, effective, and lasting.
Specially Trained Staff - All eligible staff are certified Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring consistent, evidence-based care delivered by professionals trained to support complex behavioral needs.
Peer Mentor Program
Peer Mentors - Individuals who offer a unique connection, encouragement, and positive role modeling, helping residents build confidence, practice coping skills, and progress through both the 12-Step Behavior Program and Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
Comprehensive Transition Continuum - Our stepwise transition model supports growth from intensive residential care to independent community living. Level 1 builds stability and skill mastery; Level 2 focuses on real-world application through structured aftercare, each phase personalized and team-supported for lasting independence.
Integrated Behavior & Vocational Programming - We combine evidence-based therapies, including ABA, CBT, trauma-informed care, EMDR, Speech Therapy, and OT/Sensory Integration, with individualized vocational training to support whole-person development and long-term success.
Multidisciplinary Team Model - All providers collaborate closely to adjust care plans in real time and optimize outcomes.
Compassionate, Home-Like Environment - Our program blends clinical excellence with warmth and belonging. Residents learn and grow in a supportive, family-style setting that fosters trust, joy, meaningful relationships, and the development of daily life skills.
Family Partnership - Families are active partners through education, training, and ongoing collaboration, strengthening continuity of care and long-term success beyond our program.
Independent Living Community - More than housing, our Independent Living Program offers a pathway to purpose. Residents continue building life, social, and vocational skills while gaining real-world experience through on-campus employment and community engagement.
